Equipping Women with Lifesaving Skills

On July 2, we successfully hosted the Emergency First Aid & CPR (Level C) & AED Training for Women, providing participants with essential lifesaving skills for use at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

During this one-day hands-on course, participants learned how to respond to common emergencies, perform CPR (Level C), and safely use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Upon successful completion, participants received a Canadian Red Cross certification, valid for three years.

We congratulate all participants on completing this valuable training and thank our instructor for helping equip women with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations.

We are proud to continue offering programs that promote safety, empowerment, and community well-being.
