Healthy Muslim Families believes in a society where we all have a high degree of social responsibility towards each other. Our services and programs are designed and developed to strengthen and fortify the family and provides support to those facing challenges.

Online Programs

Due to the restrictions on gatherings all our programs have gone online. Keep checking our social media for upcoming programs.

Financial Empowerment

Money Management and Financial Literacy workshops, Screening for Federal and Provincial Benefits, and no cost Tax Filing.

Art and Culture

To celebrate and promote our culture, HMF brings various art and Islamic Calligraphy programs for children, youth, and adults.

Women support

HMF offers programs for women in the community to support, heal, develop personal skills, and network with other families.

Or maybe you could use some tutoring to clarify that concept you're struggling with...
Then the HMF Youth Program's Homework Help & Tutoring program is for you!

Participants will be attending two Zoom sessions a week where Tutors will be available to help them with whatever they need. 
Youth (Grades 4-12) are encouraged to register and participate in our sessions (starting September 13, time and days TBD) where they can do homework, learn difficult concepts, or get direction on some extracurricular project.

We are doing a new round of Money Management Training in Arabic.
This training is a great opportunity to learn more about essential financial topics and learn how to better manage your money.
It’s a total of 10 sessions, starting on 18 Oct until 10 Nov, twice a week.
An hour every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 -1:30 pm.
