Allah will assist a person as long as he assists his brother. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)  (Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2699)
Utilizing my time, energy and skills in making a positive impact on others’ lives and contributing to the betterment of the community gives me a sense of purpose and meaning.

“At ‘Healthy Muslim Families,’ I am dedicated to empowering women who are the architects of change. Women are the backbone of our families and communities, nurturing and sustaining the fabric of our society. My mission is to collaborate with these women, to transform them into the powerhouses of our community, driving forward a transformative change where every member of our community is nurtured and cared for. Together, we will forge a future where the strength and care of women elevates us all.”

“As the Co-founder/Director of Programs, My role is to initiate, plan, and implement different projects to serve the current needs and build a better future for our communities.

I remind myself of one of the most decisive verses from Surah At-Taubah from the Quran in my day-to-day work for the community, “The believers, men, and women are Auliya (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another. They enjoin Al-Maruf (goodness) and forbid from Al-Munkar(badness).”

As an Office Administrator at Healthy Muslim Families, Ms. Ganiyat contributes to a thriving work environment where women’s contributions are valued.
