Healthy Muslim Families believes in a society where we all have a high degree of social responsibility towards each other. Our services and programs are designed and developed to strengthen and fortify the family and provides support to those facing challenges.

What we do

Online Programs

Due to the restrictions on gatherings all our programs have gone online. Keep checking our social media for upcoming programs.

Financial Empowerment

Money Management and Financial Literacy workshops, Screening for Federal and Provincial Benefits, and no cost Tax Filing.

Art and Culture

To celebrate and promote our culture, HMF brings various art and Islamic Calligraphy programs for children, youth, and adults.

Women support

HMF offers programs for women in the community to support, heal, develop personal skills, and network with other families.

This course is designed for those who have basic knowledge of how to run computers. We're focusing on Google Drive, Graphic Designing, Social Media & much more!

HMF is offering Money Management Workshop in Bengali.
Newcomer, Women, Students will have an opportunity to build a basic North American financial literacy through this workshop.
The MMT workshop will take place every Tuesday and Thursday (Days may change according to participants availability), 8 classes, duration one hour each.
It will start from June 6,2023
It will happen on Zoom, and The mode of language is “BENGALI”

HMF is holding a short and practical program to prepare you to join the workforce.💻 Deepen your knowledge of administrative skills, so you can work in any office environment, or virtually. Combining a range of skills and real-world experience, this training will help to confidently launch or transform your career.
The blended program consists of 5 weeks of online and inperson formal classroom instruction, (day and time), followed by realistic business projects.
In addition to core technical training, you will also gain skills in writing a competitive resume that highlights your new office productivity skills and will get a chance to participate in mock interviews.
