We are delighted to celebrate another successful season of our Kid’s Summer Fun program, a weekly program running throughout July and August that gave kids a summer full of creativity, connection, and fun. Each activity was offered separately, allowing kids to register individually for the sessions that interested them most.
Each week brought something new for the kids to look forward to. The summer included games days and mindful activities, along with hands-on workshops like paper flower making and recycled popsicle stick crafts. Kids also took part in an Urdu speech contest, where participants delivered speeches in Urdu and were judged by a panel, with awards presented for first, second, and third place. Other favourites included a scavenger hunt party, a puppet magic workshop, mirror painting, and a trip to the rec room, along with so much more throughout the summer.
Through this wide variety of activities, kids built new skills, explored their creativity, and made lasting friendships in a fun and supportive environment. We extend our sincere thanks to all the staff and volunteers who helped make this summer so memorable, and we congratulate every child on their enthusiasm and participation throughout the program.
We look forward to bringing even more fun and learning to Kid’s Summer Fun next year!
