In Islam, the “Hour of Response” (often referred to as “Sa’at al-Istijabah”) is a special time when Allah is particularly willing to answer to the prayers and supplications (“duas”) of believers. While duas in general can be made at any time, the “Hour of Response” is often associated with certain specific times, including:
1. Friday (Jumu’ah) Before Maghrib: According to some narrations, there is a specific hour on Fridays during which Allah answers the prayers of those who ask. This time is often considered to be the last hour before Maghrib
2. Last Third of the Night: The final portion of the night, before the dawn (Fajr) prayer, is a highly recommended time for making dua. It is a time when Allah descends to the lowest heaven and responds to the prayers of those who ask.
3. After the Adhan: The time between the call to prayer (Adhan) and the commencement of the prayer (Iqamah) is also a recommended time to make dua.
These times are seen as opportunities for believers to seek closeness to Allah and to have their prayers and needs fulfilled
