Many women experience changes in mood, energy, stress, and emotional well-being without always knowing what may be behind them. To create space for learning and conversation, Healthy Muslim Families hosted a two-part Understanding Hormones & Emotions workshop series for women.
The first session, held on May 21, 2026, explored how hormonal changes can affect mood, emotions, stress, and overall well-being at different stages of life. The second session, held on June 11, 2026, focused on common causes of fatigue among women, including sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle factors.
Through open discussion and shared learning, participants gained practical knowledge, asked questions, and explored accessible ways to support their physical and emotional wellness.
