Family Literacy Day:
Every year, Healthy Muslim Families celebrates Family Literacy Day, highlighting the importance of turning everyday moments into learning opportunities.
In a fast-paced digital world, mealtime can be family time, a space to connect, share stories, and learn together.

Our Learn English & Express Emotions Program created a welcoming space where participants built confidence in speaking English through real-life conversations, learned how to express emotions in supportive ways, and engaged in meaningful discussions around family, parenting, and everyday life in Canada.
The program also explored navigating systems such as healthcare, education, and employment, included Indigenous guest sessions, and encouraged peer discussion and community connection.
We’re excited to bring these workshops back soon. Stay tuned for more details.
