We are currently running a 6-week Digital Literacy Course to support refugee claimants with little to no prior experience using computers. The course covers essential skills, including navigating Microsoft Windows, browsing the internet, sending emails, creating documents, and using tools such as Google Maps and ChatGPT.
Classes take place twice a week at our Downtown Office and are delivered in English, with interpretation support available in Arabic.
This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to promoting digital inclusion, building confidence, and supporting the independence of refugee claimants as they settle in Canada.
