✨ Self, Faith & Wellness Workshop, Women’s Sessions ✨
Over the past two sessions, women came together in a supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow.
Our first session focused on holistic wellbeing: mental, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual. Through meaningful group discussions, participants explored shared experiences and practical strategies to enhance overall wellbeing.
The second session dove into understanding stress, what it is, when it becomes harmful, and how to manage it in healthy ways. Together, we unpacked myths around stress, reflected on personal triggers, and learned effective tools to support balance and resilience.
These workshops created a space for connection, reflection, and empowerment, reminding us that caring for the self is deeply connected to caring for our faith and wellbeing.
